“ Discovered this fabulous little restaurant by chance on a spur of the moment evening visit to Lyon before flying home the following day. We were given a choice of tables and sat outside. Although there was no English menu the waitress provided one on her phone. The restaurant was quite busy but the service was spot on and attentive. My husband had the chicken tagine with couscous and I had the mixed platter which consisted a choice of brick... spinach feta and oregano and choice of meat..boulettes (meatballs). The dish also included couscous, salad, hummus, and mixed cooked vegetables. All washed down with some very good Algerian red wine. The portions of food were generous, tasty and well executed. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Lyon. ”

The chicken was tender and the sauce combined with the fluffy couscous was rich and flavorful. The portion size was also very nice, can almost feed two people. Tucked away in this alley way is this authentic North African restaurant, a nice change from lyonnaise cuisine. ”
